As Vilardi trial continues in Anderson County, prosecution focuses on crime scene

ANDERSON COUNTY, S.C. (WSPA) — The trial for an Upstate woman accused of killing four family members entered its third day, with prosecutors zeroing in on the crime scene.

More witnesses were called to the stand for the majority of the day, with investigators describing the murder scene as they combed through it.

One investigator with the Anderson County Sheriff’s Office showed multiple spots where blood was located in the victims’ living room, bedrooms, walls and hallways.

“Because of the amount of blood, that blood may tell you something, right? It already tells you something about the scene but now it may tell you something about identification, right?” the defense asked…
