Dunean Capital Management closes on 1,250-acre Anderson Farm property

Greenville-based Dunean Capital Management has officially closed on the historic Anderson Farm and Reservoir property, marking the next step in one of the largest development projects in Anderson County in recent decades.

Development plans for the 1,250-acre property, which will be called Anderson Lake, are still in early stages but will honor the history of the Anderson family and the property’s unique characteristics, said Gaston Albergotti, DCM’s CEO, in a statement announcing the property sale.
