Stono Group, a Charleston-based development firm specializing in industrial and commercial properties, continues to expand its holdings in the Upstate with the February acquisition of a warehouse in Easley.
The 19,400-square-foot facility at 807 Sheffield Road has been leased to JMMS Inc., a manufacturer specializing in thermoplastic injection molding and die cast tooling. This marks the third property added to Stono’s Upstate holdings in the past year as part of the firm’s investments in the rapidly growing market, according to Stono Group Partner Kevin Hann.
