GREENVILLE COUNTY, S.C. (WSPA) – A residency dispute involving Greenville County Council member Ennis Fant has been the subject of controversy in the area for months, raising questions about if he lives in the district he represents.
The issue surfaced after Derrick Quarles, who lost the District 25 seat to Fant in the 2024 election, alleged Fant falsely claimed a district address while actually living elsewhere.
