SPARTANBURG COUNTY, S.C. (WSPA) — The average price for a gallon of gas in the U.S. jumped 11 cents Tuesday. In Spartanburg County, fuel prices rose 26 cents in just one week.
Data from GasBuddy, an app that helps drivers find the lowest prices in their area, shows fuel prices have been steadily rising since the beginning of the year — even before the U.S. launched strikes on Iran — as gas refiners switch to summer fuel blends.
