PICKENS COUNTY, S.C. (FOX Carolina) – A Pickens County man and woman have been charged in connection with a hit-and-run.
The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) said 42-year-old George Devale McMullen has been charged with hit and run and two counts of failure to give information and render aid.
SLED said 35-year-old Cosha Mary Anne Benson has been charged with:
- Accessory after the fact to felony F
- Driving under suspension – 1st offense
- Uninsured motor vehicle fee violation – 1st offense
- Failure to return a license plate and registration upon loss of insurance – 1st offense
Both were charged on Friday, March 6.
