GREENVILLE, S.C. (WSPA) –A federal grand jury in Greenville indicted three people for what the U.S. Attorney’s Office said is a multi-million-dollar case of health-care fraud.
The three suspects are all facing charges for health care fraud and conspiracy to commit health care fraud. A federal grand jury in Greenville brought a 16-count indictment against them.
The indictment claims Kevin Murdock, who owns Premier Medical Laboratory Services in Greenville, along with Thomas Lee and Vidhya Narayanan, submitted false claims to the federal government for tests that were not eligible for reimbursement.
