Three team members from Piedmont Technical College (PTC) were recently honored at the South Carolina Technical Education Association (SCTEA) annual conference in Myrtle Beach.
Nursing Department Head Holly Davis, Admissions and Enrollment Services Dean Tameika Wideman and Arts and Sciences Division administrative assistant Natalie Wynn were recognized along with colleagues from other technical colleges across the state as recipients of SCTEA’s Educator of the Year Awards.
Davis started at PTC in 2018 as a nursing faculty member. She became the program’s department head in 2022. She received a practical nursing diploma from PTC in 2002 and an associate degree in nursing in 2012. Davis earned a master’s degree at Walden University in 2017 and is currently pursuing a doctorate in nursing practice at Arkansas State University…
