ANDERSON COUNTY, S.C. (FOX Carolina) – The Anderson County Sheriff’s Office said a woman was arrested for stealing a woman’s identity in an attempt to steal from the elderly.
Deputies said 48-year-old Charla Webb was trying to rip off elderly victims in the Upstate and Georgia. She was taken to the Anderson County Detention Center and denied bond.
