ANDERSON COUNTY, S.C. (FOX Carolina) – An Anderson County woman convicted of killing four family members has filed a notice of appeal.
The filing, dated March 9, lists and appeal in the South Carolina Court of Appeals asking a higher court to review a lower court’s decision.
