ANDERSON COUNTY, S.C. (WSPA) – An investigation is underway after a 16-year-old was found shot in the stomach in Anderson County, according to the sheriff’s office.
Deputies said a 16-year-old was found shot in the abdomen at Meadow Run Apartments on Abbeville Highway. The victim is reportedly in surgery, and authorities said they believe the injuries to be non-life threatening.
Officials said the suspect, who is believed to also be a juvenile, has not yet been located.
