For the fourteenth time this year, a South Carolina baby boutique owner has been exposed for allegedly defrauding customers.

Pamela Brooke Schronce, a 30-year-old South Carolina boutique owner of Thomas & Turner Boutique in Belton, was arrested for the 14th time this year on March 19 in Pendleton for allegedly defrauding customers by taking payments for undelivered baby clothing orders. She turned herself in on four warrants for obtaining property under false pretenses under $2,000 after a victim reported four unpaid orders.

Pattern of Arrests

Schronce faces similar charges across multiple counties, with prior arrests on January 1, 7; February 5, 9, 11, 13, 19, 20, 23, 25; and March 2—often involving customers blocked after seeking refunds for orders from $200 to over $1,000.
