Troopers ask for help identifying vehicle in Upstate hit-and-run

GREENVILLE COUNTY, S.C. (WSPA) – Troopers are asking the public for help identifying a vehicle involved in a hit-and-run in Greenville County Sunday morning.

The South Carolina Highway Patrol said an unknown vehicle traveling south on S.C. 183 (Cedar Lane Road) near Clark Drive hit a pedestrian, leaving the person with serious injuries.
