SPARTANBURG COUNTY, S.C. (WSPA) — During a hearing, 17-year-old Deondre Smith-Jefferson was told his bond was denied after investigators said he shot and killed his stepfather over a disagreement Monday morning.
Around 6:24 a.m. March 23, deputies with the Spartanburg County Sheriff’s Office responded to a call for a reported shooting on Thomas Alley in the Moore community.
