Greenville-based Clear Mountain Properties broke ground on a new 152-residential community in Travelers Rest on March 25.
The $40 million development, named LIVA, will be constructed on 10.5 acres of land at 208 Tubbs Mountain Road near the intersection of North Poinsett Highway.
Chris Rizzo, co-owner of Clear Mountain Properties, said LIVA was intentionally designed to add quality housing that would support local businesses and contribute to the fabric of Travelers Rest.
