Police report 10 arrests months after Christmas Day shooting at Unity Park

GREENVILLE, S.C. (FOX Carolina) – Officers with the Greenville Police Department said they have arrested ten people following a shooting that happened on Christmas of 2025.

Officers reported six juveniles were charged with breach of peace of high and aggravated nature. Officers said three other juveniles were charged with the following:

  • Breach of peace of high and aggravated nature
  • Assault and battery of high and aggravated nature
  • Possession of a weapon during the commission of a violent crime
  • Possession of a weapon by a person under 18

One adult identified as Jaime Cantillano, 18, was charged with breach of peace of a high and aggravated nature, officers said. His mugshot is not yet available.

Police said at around 8:42 p.m., officers heard gunshots coming from Unity Park on Hudson Street. Officers said while they were responding, dispatch received a call reporting a gunshot victim inside the park…
