PICKENS COUNTY, S.C. (WSPA) — An Upstate man was sentenced Tuesday following a drug trafficking trial.
A Pickens County jury convicted Sheridan Terrell Littlejohn, of Pickens, of multiple drug trafficking and weapons charges.
