FOUNTAIN INN, S.C. (FOX Carolina) – The South Carolina Department of Transportation reported a crash on I-385 North on Tuesday morning.
Officials said the crash happened near exit 23 for SC 418 to Fountain Inn and Pelzer. All lanes were blocked. As of 9:08 a.m., all lanes were reopened.
