Busy Upstate intersection reopens with new traffic pattern

MAULDIN, S.C. (WSPA) — The City of Mauldin is opening a new intersection and railroad crossing at Jenkins Street, Murray Drive and Hyde Circle Wednesday morning.

A four-way stop at the location will become effective starting at 10 a.m.

The project marks the official opening of the crossing to local traffic. To manage the change, the Mauldin Police Department will have officers stationed at the site to assist drivers with the new traffic pattern…
