New development projects will be reviewed at the city of Greenville’s Design Review Board meeting April 16. Here’s a look at the meeting’s agenda.
Pendleton Square
Charlotte-based Red Cedar Homes plans to build 32 townhomes east of the Village of West Greenville. The project, called Pendleton Square, would be completed on two sites along Pendleton Street.
The Design Review Board will review two site applications for the proposed townhome development.
The first application presents designs for 16 three-story townhomes proposed on the south side of the corridor at 1167 Pendleton St. According to the application, the development would also improve the sidewalks along Pendleton Street and Aiken Street and add sidewalks on the west side of South Textile Street…
