A “secret” speakeasy will soon open in downtown Greenville, and the owners want to keep its existence word of mouth.
In mid-March, a storefront sign for “The Juhl” was published on a new Instagram account with the words “Greenville’s only true speakeasy” in the account bio. The location was also confirmed as 20 N. Main St. on a doorway that leads to Reys, a local bar.
Mitch Bartling, general manager of the building and director of operations at Juhl & Co. and Reys, wants to let the public know what they can expect from this mysterious addition to the city, beginning with how the name “Juhl” originated…
