SOUTH CAROLINA — A bicyclist was killed Sunday night after being struck by a vehicle in Laurens County, according to the South Carolina Highway Patrol.
Troopers said the crash happened just after 9 p.m. on Charlotte’s Road near the intersection of Gary Street. A 2006 Audi sedan and the bicyclist were both traveling north when the vehicle struck the bicycle from behind.
