A judge declared a mistrial in the murder trial of Eimilio Robinson after jurors deliberated for nearly a dozen hours without reaching a verdict.
Prosecutors said on July 9, 2022, Robinson shot and killed 19-year-old Shy’heem Clemons near the main entrance of Anderson Mall.
At the time of the shooting, the Anderson Mall entrance closed while employees, family members, and mall-goers stood outside in the parking lot.
