SPARTANBURG, S.C. (FOX Carolina) – The Spartanburg County Sheriff’s Office is warning of scams targeting citizens throughout the county.
The sheriff’s office said scammers are impersonating law enforcement officers, government agencies and well-known companies, using fear and manufactured urgency to steal money or personal information from unsuspecting victims.
