Gerald Larson, 52, has been sentenced to nearly 12 and a half years in federal prison after being caught with 58 kilograms of cocaine. Larson was charged with possession with intent to distribute, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office.
The Greenville man was stopped by North Carolina Highway Patrol in October 2024 after leaving his residence in Greer, S.C. Larson’s vehicle was searched after a K-9 alerted officers to the scent of drugs.
Inside was a suitcase containing 15 kilograms of cocaine, leading Spartanburg County Sheriff’s Office and Homeland Security Investigations to obtain a search warrant for Larson’s residence…
