A tractor-trailer driver found dead last week after a crash on Interstate 81 in Cumberland County had a fatal medical emergency, authorities said.
Cumberland County Coroner Charley Hall said Brian Dunn, 37, of Kenner, Louisiana, died from heart disease, not any injuries suffered in the May 21 crash. His death was ruled natural.
