A woman who had voluntarily banned herself from gambling in the state of Pennsylvania was escorted out of a casino after winning a jackpot.
The incident occurred on May 31 at the Hollywood Casino in Grantville, according to a public information release issued by the Pennsylvania State Police.
According to the release, police were contacted by the casino shortly before 4 p.m. local time and told that a female guest, who had voluntarily self-excluded herself from state casinos in 2019, had been identified on the gaming floor after she won a jackpot at a slot machine.
The woman, a 69-year-old resident of Asbury, N.J., was later escorted off the property by police. She was additionally told that a non-traffic citation for trespassing would be filed against her, per the release…
