PennDOT to begin line painting on ‘higher-volume’ state routes in Dauphin County

DAUPHIN COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — Drivers can expect delays on state routes in the Dauphin County area starting Sunday night.

PennDOT announced line painting crews will work Sunday through Thursday for about eight weeks, starting June 7.

During work hours — 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. — there will be lane restrictions and slower moving traffic. PennDOT said road work will affect the following roads:

  • Route 11
  • Route 22
  • Route 25
  • Route 39
  • Route 147
  • Route 209
  • Route 225
  • Route 322
  • Route 325
  • Route 341
  • Route 422
  • Route 443
  • Route 743
  • Route 849
