YORK COUNTY, Pa. — Police in Carroll Township are searching for a missing and endangered 76-year-old man, according to a post on Crimewatch.
Joseph Hale, described as 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighing about 160 pounds, was last seen near the first block of Northern Dancer Drive in Dillsburg, according to the Carroll Township Police Department. He was wearing cut-off jean shorts and a gray sweatshirt at the time of his disappearance.
