DAUPHIN COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM) — A vehicle fire is causing a ramp closure for I-283 North in Dauphin County on Monday afternoon.
Video taken by an abc27 News crew shows a plume of smoke coming from a vehicle on the ramp for the Swatara exit.
