Cleona Borough police responded to Love’s Travel Stop, 22 Old Forge Road, on Tuesday, June 16, after a deceased individual was discovered inside a parked vehicle, according to the department.
The man was identified as Lance Scott Bowser, 58, whose last known address was in Madison, Missouri. He appeared to have been dead for several days, police said. The vehicle’s window was down.
