Charges against York man accused in road rage shooting bound for court

LANCASTER, Pa. (WHTM) — A York man accused of firing at another car in a road rage incident had his charges bound for court earlier this month.

Maurice Thomas, 43, of York, waived his right to a preliminary hearing on June 4.

He is facing two counts of felony aggravated assault and one count each of felony firearms not to be carried without a license, felony discharge of a firearm into an occupied structure and misdemeanor propulsion of missiles into occupied vehicles…
