York County man charged with shooting up car during ‘road rage’ Manheim Township

LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — A York County man has waived his preliminary hearing and will head to court after being charged in connection with a shooting during a Lancaster County road rage incident.

Maurice Thomas, 42, of York, was charged with two counts of aggravated assault, one count of carrying a firearm without a license, shooting a firearm into an occupied structure, and propelling missiles into occupied vehicles.

During the evening hours of May 21, Thomas was accused of shooting into a victim’s car near the intersection of Sterling Place and Bloomingdale Avenue, according to the district attorney’s office…
