CUMBERLAND COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — A New Cumberland man was detained in the middle of a creek after fleeing officers on his dirt bike, according to Lower Allen Township police.
The incident occurred April 17, when police attempted to stop Miguel Angel Pacheco for allegedly running a stop sign and not having a registration plate on his dirt bike.
Pacheco, 33, sped away from officers until he crashed his bike. Police said he then fled on foot toward Yellow Breeches Creek in Cumberland County…
