Massachusetts Native Killed In Crash Into Lampeter Yard Heads To Court

The man accused of driving under the influence of multiple drugs before causing a head-on crash that killed a Massachusetts man will have his case proceed to County Court in Pennsylvania after waiving his preliminary hearing.

Logan Christopher Yeater, 29, of Armagh Township, waived his preliminary hearing before Judge Denise Commins on Monday, June 1, according to the Lancaster County District Attorney’s Office.

Yeater is charged with homicide by vehicle while driving under the influence, homicide by vehicle, three counts of driving under the influence, tampering with evidence, two misdemeanor drug offenses, and five summary traffic offenses…
