CUMBERLAND COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — A Harrisburg man suffered minor injuries after crashing into the back of a tractor-trailer on Thursday afternoon.
The crash occurred around 2:53 p.m. at the intersection of Independence Avenue and Allendale Road in Upper Allen Township, according to the township’s police department.
