HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHP) — Fireworks will light up the sky this July 4 in Harrisburg, and the mayor has a warning for teens and parents after past years of chaos.
“I am warning the parents, I am warning the children, I am warning the teenagers: Understand this is a time to enjoy each other the community and collaboration with our visitors and friends,” Mayor Wanda Williams said during a press conference Friday.
