YORK COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — A York County man is facing charges after the police said he intentionally crashed into his ex-girlfriend’s car before throwing rocks through her office window.
Charles Lowery, 51, was charged with two counts of aggravated assault, two counts of aggravated assault by vehicle, institutional vandalism, open lewdness, reckless driving, and driving without a license after a woman’s car was smashed into on June 21.
