YORK COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM) — An employee at a central Pennsylvania nail salon was charged after police said he inappropriately touched a boy inside the business last week.
Duc Nguyen, 20, allegedly “grabbed and pinched,” and also “smacked and grabbed” the four-year-old boy inappropriately at the Happy Nails salon along Wilson Avenue in Penn Township, York County, according to charging documents.
