Defense’s wait on psychologist report delays hearing for boy, 11, accused of killing dad

PERRY COUNTY, Pa (WHP) — A recent defense motion from the team representing Clayton Dietz, the 11-year-old who troopers say shot and killed his father, suggests the boy’s defense may use a forensic psychologist.

According to the motion, Dietz’s hearing was scheduled for Tuesday but has been postponed due to a report that’s not yet ready from a person listed as “Dr. Dattilio.”

Dr. Frank Dattilio is known as “one of the leading figures in the world in the areas of cognitive-behavior therapy, and clinical and forensic psychology,” his website says…
