Central Pa. native, WNBA star received ‘death threats’ over Caitlin Clark play

WNBA star and Harrisburg, Pa. native Alyssa Thomas has had a “crazy” week that included “death threats” since being suspended for committing a flagrant foul on Caitlin Clark last week.

Thomas spoke with reporters Tuesday and said she has experienced plenty of backlash after being suspended for “recklessly making contact with her fist to the throat area of Indiana Fever guard Caitlin Clark” during last Wednesday’s game.
