CUMBERLAND COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM) — A woman will spend between six and 12 years in prison after leaving a Cumberland County man who was fatally overdosing from drugs she gave him, without contacting 911 on Christmas Eve.
Online court records show, 31-year-old Samantha Pack, of Elizabethville, Dauphin County, was sentenced Tuesday by Judge Jessica Brewbaker. Pack will also spend two years on probation once she is out.
