LEBANON, Pa. (WHTM) — The City of Lebanon went digging into the past Wednesday morning.
Crews dug up a time capsule buried in 1976 at Coleman Park along West Maple Street as part of the nation’s bicentennial. The metal container was scheduled to be opened 50 years later.
