Lebanon city and community leaders came together in the heat on Thursday, July 2, to unveil this new large-scale mural at CubeSmart in hopes of bringing American history to life while celebrating the nation’s upcoming 250th anniversary.
In the Spring of 2025, Lebanon artist Andrew Zidik and property owner Aaron Camara discussed ideas about possible artwork for the semiquincentennial anniversary. After several series of sketches, Zidik began six months of work sketching and painting along the walls.
“We settled on these ideas because we think they were great influences in America,” Zidik said. “Between landing on the moon and just some influential people…I could go on forever with the ideas.”…
