WILLIAMSPORT, LYCOMING COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — A teenager was arrested Tuesday in connection to a 2025 Halloween night homicide case, according the Williamsport Bureau of Police.
Vincent Baskerville, 17, was arrested in Dauphin County and charged with the homicide of 15-year-old who was found shot in the street in Williamsport, police say.
