PENNSYLVANIA (WHP) — A Pennsylvania skating rink operator has agreed to amend its outside food and drink policy after federal officials ruled it violated the Americans with Disabilities Act, according to a news release.
The U.S. Attorney’s Office announced a civil settlement for Roll R Way, which runs skating centers in York, Chambersburg, and Donora, after turning away families with children who have Type 1 diabetes.
