The York County SPCA is helping respond to a large hoarding case involving 30 or more cats in Glen Rock.
Steven Martinez, York County SPCA executive director, told the York Daily Record that staff became aware of the case earlier in the week. They were assessing the situation and establishing a relationship with the people who owned the home, he said on Thursday, July 9.
