YORK, PA — Two people were killed in a four-vehicle rollover crash on Interstate 83 in York County after a wrong-way driver collided head-on with another car late Thursday night.
Pennsylvania State Police said the crash happened near Exit 10 around 10 p.m. and forced the highway to remain closed for several hours while investigators and emergency crews worked the scene.

State police said Deborah Williams, 75, of Middle River, Maryland, was driving the wrong direction on I-83 before striking a vehicle driven by Crystal Pasquale, 41.
The impact set off a larger crash involving two more vehicles, turning the collision into a multi-car rollover on the interstate.
