A Lower Paxton Township police officer of more than 20 years and decorated U.S. Army Colonel died this week while serving military orders in South Carolina, the police department announced Friday.
Douglas Fisher, a patrolman first class (Pfc.) in Lower Paxton Township, died after experiencing a medical emergency early on July 29.
