DAUPHIN COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — National Night Out is a countrywide event meant to help bridge the gap between communities and law enforcement.
“This is the flagship event for any law enforcement entity,” Chief Shawki Lacey, the man in charge of the Steelton Police Department, said. “If you want to sell yourself, if you want people to know who you are and what you’re about, what you stand for [then] this is the event.”
